We can't say enough good things about Catha's! Not only is our daughter learning and thriving in martial arts, she's having a blast. They are great teachers and are so good to our kids, with lots of extras like summer camp, parties, etc. We've also met so many other wonderful families there. It's been an awesome experience for our family!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Catha’s Taekwondo! As a parent of a child with special needs, I was initially concerned about how my son would fit into a structured, potentially competitive environment. However, those worries disappeared quickly.
Drew and Lauren Catha are absolutely amazing. They truly enjoy teaching Taekwondo and have a special gift for working with kids (and adults!) of all abilities. They create a supportive, encouraging environment where every student feels valued and capable of success. My son has grown in confidence, discipline, and physical skills, all while having fun and making friends.
Beyond the classes, the school is a welcoming place for parents as well. It feels like a family, where parents also connect and celebrate our children’s progress together.
If you're looking for a Taekwondo school that emphasizes personal growth, kindness, and community, I highly recommend Catha’s. It has been a fantastic experience for both my son and our family!

Awesome instructors. Kids develope great discipline, confidence and so much more. It's been over four years, yes over four years and my kids love it. They get to make awesome friends, parents get to build a relationship with other parents, it's more than just Martial Arts!!!

This taekwondo is a great place definetly first joined here and I was excited because I liked the classic movie Karate kid. Now that I'm a Black Belt , I have learned a bunch of new techniques and have made many friends. I suggest coming here it's so good.

Catha’s is such a wonderful school run by people who genuinely care. My daughter has learned discipline, confidence, and grown in her self defense capabilities. Tae Kwon Do is more than just exercise, it’s life education. This school is building character and helping kids grow into young adults.

Mr. and Mrs. Catha and the other instructors are amazing! My daughter enjoys going to their school and has learned so much over the last year. They are family-oriented, kind, patient, compassionate, and they really want to see their students succeed, not only in Taekwondo, but in life as well. Mr. and Mrs. Catha and the instructors are all phenomenal - at being teachers, Tae Kwon Do instructors, and family members! They work with both of our children with amazing understanding and are there for anything that we need!

Our two boys have been attending regularly for the past year, and we all love going. The teachers are wonderful people who really care about the students, and the atmosphere is very family friendly, positive, and encouraging. With game days, Nerf special events, board breaking classes, etc. they also add a lot of variation and keep our kids engaged and excited. Highly recommended for all ages!!

We've been their a month and I've been really impressed with the time and energy that Mr. and Mrs. Catha put into their program. They seem to truly care about the kids. Most of all, our son has really gotten interested in going to his practices. He went from skeptic to enthusiast in a very short period of time. Great atmosphere, nice people, mentally and physically healthy sport to be into. I highly recommend.
