Drew & Lauren Catha
Mr. Drew Catha and Mrs. Lauren Catha are the owners and chief instructors of Catha’s Taekwondo America here in Winston-Salem, NC.
They are both nationally certified instructors under the organization, Taekwondo America. They each have over 20 years of experience in the the Martial Arts field.
In 2018, they both decided to what they loved most about Taekwondo, Teach!! They opened a school at A YMCA in April. After a few months they decided they wanted to open their school up full time. They moved their school to Harper Hills shopping center in January of 2019.
The Cathas believe that Martial Arts of any kind is beneficial to everybody at any age. They love to see how their students progress through the years, and can’t wait to help students reach their goals.
