I recently attended a free, women's self defense class hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Catha. They were engaging and encouraging, offering many practical suggestions and exercises on the subject of self defense, a topic I had not given much thought to before. They took the time to work with each person individually and obviously care very deeply for their students. Would highly recommend.

Our two boys have been attending regularly for the past year, and we all love going. The teachers are wonderful people who really care about the students, and the atmosphere is very family friendly, positive, and encouraging. With game days, Nerf special events, board breaking classes, etc. they also add a lot of variation and keep our kids engaged and excited. Highly recommended for all ages!!
